Vipers Sports Club has officially parted ways with their head coach, Livingston Charles Mbabazi.
“We announce today that the decision has been taken to part company with our head coach Livingstone Mbabazi. We thank Mbabazi for his contribution and wish him well for the future”. Reads club statement.
According to Vipers SC’s released statement on club website, Richard Wasswa will assume the position on temporary basis until the end of the current running season.
Mbabazi’s conduct at the Kitende based outfit, did not go well with the the owner of the club [Lawrence Mulindwa] after missing couple of training sessions and match days without giving certifying reasons.
The former Arua Hills and Kyetume coach, joined Venoms at the beginning of this year, 2024, replacing Leonard Martinez Neiva.
Richard Wasswa will work with Jose Esdras Costa Lopez, Fred Muhumuza, Richard Kasule Bakabulindi & Ali Kimera (goalkeeping coach) as assistants.
