Vipers SC unveils Congolese teen forward as their 10th Signing for 2022/23 season.

Uganda Premier League reigning champions, Viper Sports Club, has unveild 18 year old forward, Rodrigue Shamamba who hails from Democratic Republic of Congo.

Shamamba has inked a four(4) year contract with the venoms and tbis will see him, play for Kitende based outfit until 2026

The former Goal Academy graduate is happy to sign for one of the best clubs in the region and has vowed to help the club go forward.

“I am happy to be joining Vipers SC, it’s one of the best clubs in the region and I hope to help the team achieve its goals,” Shamamba told Vipers SC media.

“I’m an attacker and I will work hard to use my individual qualities to help the team go forward,” he added.

Shamamba is currently a third player in pay book chequs of Vipers hailing from Congo after Mudekereza Alfred and Osamba Oliver who have all joined the club in just concluded transfer window.

He becomes the club’s tenth and final signing of the transfer window, after Alfred Macumu Mudekereza, Olivier Osomba, Isa Mubiru, Ashraf Mandela, Murushid Juuko, Marvin Joseph Youngman, Abdu Lumala, Lawal and Rwothomio.

Vipers SC kickoff title defence on 30th September, 2022 when they host Soltilo Bright Stars FC.
