The two competing rivals have developed misunderstandings over ownership of young talent raised Andrew kawoya at Vipers Football Club who’s alleged to be on his way to signing for Kampala City Council Authority.
According to Vipers FC management, promising Andrew is still running contract at St. Mary’s Stadium under Vipers FC Junior team. Retaliation came after speculations from Startimes Stadium based rivals of Kampala City Council Authority picked interest to sign Andrew.
