Vipers FC vows not loose tactical Andrew Kawoya in a controversial bid

Tactical Andrew Kawoya has been persuaded to sign for Kampala City Council Authority after long scouting process. Andrew is groomed talent under Vipers Football Junior Club having been identified while studying at St. Mary’s Kitende.

The two competing rivals have developed misunderstandings over ownership of young talent raised Andrew kawoya at Vipers Football Club who’s alleged to be on his way to signing for Kampala City Council Authority.

According to Vipers FC management, promising Andrew is still running contract at St. Mary’s Stadium under Vipers FC Junior team. Retaliation came after speculations from Startimes Stadium based rivals of Kampala City Council Authority picked interest to sign Andrew.

Federation of Uganda Football Association waits for petition to interpret on the legality of the controversial transfer that has created a lot of contradictions following forthcoming resumption of Uganda Premier League once sports are lifted from lockdown.

Meanwhile, Sportsman David Lumansi is worried about unpreparedness by Federation of Uganda Football Association and participating clubs ahead of the just released Confederation of African Football Champions’ calendar.

According to David, FUFA and teams that are to participate need to be isolated for early trainings in distinguished camps irrespective of whether sports are lifted from lockdown on Saturday or not following forthcoming Presidential nation’s address on covid-19 status.
