UPL: Sentamu’s double spur Vipers SC over relegation threatened Kitara FC.

Yunus Sentamu scored twice to help Uganda Premier League defending Champions, Vipers SC to ease past troubled Kitara FC at Masindi Municipal stadium to keep themselves at the top of the table on goal difference.

Sentamu scored in 31st minute thanks to Ibrahim Orit’s superb delivery to hand Kajoba’s coached side a half time lead.

He doubled Venoms’ lead in 63rd minute through a penalty kick after a hand ball was detected in the forbidden area to take his tally of goals to 10.

Paul Mucurezi scored the 3rd goal for Vipers SC through ba well taken free kick to seal off their 13th league victory and took them a tally of 42 points tied with URA FC after 18 rounds of play.

Kitara FC are still at the bottom of a 16 team table log with 5 points.

Vipers SC will host Waksio Giants in their next game as Kitara FC visits Police on April, 20 2021.
