UPL: SC Villa – Police play for a 7th Consecutive stalemate.

The Uganda Premier League record Champions (16), SC Villa shared spoils (2-2) with Police FC in match day 12 league fixture played in the afternoon of Saturday at Boombo Barracks ground.

This is the 7th consecutive time that these fixture fails to produce a winner between themselves since 2016 when SC Villa won by goal to nil (0-1) on 16th may.

Mohammed Ssenoga and Goffin Oyirwoth scored for Edward Kaziba’s coached side whilst Johnson Odongo plus Henry Kisekka scoring for the cops.

The draw pushes Police FC to 4th position on 24 points and 4 points behind table leaders, Express FC.

Meanwhile, ‘Joogo’ remain occupying 6th place on 19 points with 3 games left to climax the first round of the league.

SC Villa will travel to St Mary’s Stadium on date of 10th March to play Vipers SC before meeting Onduparaka FC at home 4 days later and end the first fixture away to Bright Stars on 17th.

Abdallah Mubiru coached side, Police FC, tough 3 remaining fixtures awaiting him which includes playing URA FC on 9th March before facing KCCA FC on 12th and finish the first round fixtures against Express FC on 16th.
