UPL Match Preview: KCCA FC targets a double over bottom placed Kitara FC.

Uganda Premier League 2020/21 season matches will be continuing tomorrow on Friday 6th June with match day 27 and two matches on the card with starting normal time brought back to 3:00 pm from 4:00 pm because of the increased Covid-19 cases in the country which has forced some of the leagues like regional Leagues to be cancelled out this season.

Morley Byekwaso’s charges, KCCA FC will be targeting a double over troubled and bottom placed Kitara FC.

KCCA FC won the previous leg by a 4-0 goal margin in a game played at MTN Philip Omondi stadium.

‘Kasasiro Boys’ (KCCA FC) as fondly referred are expected to build on a 3-1 victory they had against Busoga United FC in their latest League game.

KCCA FC are standing on 45 points from 26 league League games and a win will help them consolidate their 4th position as the league nears it’s climax.

Meanwhile, Kitara FC are at the bottom of the 16 team table log after going 26 rounds of play, on 13 points and will be playing for pride after confirming that they will be playing their next season in second tier League (FUFA Big league).

KCCA will be playing without Sadat Anaku who was sent out on leave after loosing his Dad.

Anukani Bright, Kigozi Andrew Samson, John Revita, Kizza Joseph Bukenya, all are out of the travelled squad to Masindi because they still nursing their injuries.

But versatile player, Denis Iguma returns to teams fold and available for selection after serving his suspension.
