Ugandan players Abroad: Miya’s Konyaspor test defeat

How Uganda players from abroad fared out in the mid week, Ndibba has collected all the details as players continue to enjoy the playing time at their respective clubs.

Uganda Cranes touring forward, Miya Farouk after coming off from the bench and scored for his Club, Konyaspor in Turkish Super League on Sunday against Rizespor.

Yesterday Miya Farouk started the game and withdrawn in 73rd minutes for Hurtado in Konayspor’s away 3-1 loss to Gaziantep.

Miya’s Konyaspor drop to the relegation zone with three games left to end the season, occupying the 17th position managing 30 points from 31 games played, on an 18 team table log.

Konyaspor will be visiting Istanbul Basakeshir on 13th July 2020.

In Denmark, midfielder Robert Kekeeto started and played the entire game for his club Aalborg as they managed a slim 1-0 victory over Aarhus in the Denmark Superleague Champion round.

Aalborg is now placed in 5th position standing on 47 points from 33 games played so far and their next game is on road against Nordsjaelland on 12th July 2020.

Still in Denmark, Moses Opondo was unused substitute as his club Ondense were suffering a 1-3 home loss to Silkesborg on Wednesday.

In Estonia, former Proline FC striker came off the bench in 58′ in Kauber’s place to feature in Paide Linnameeskond’s 1-0 away loss to Marva on Wednesday.

Paide is occupying the 3rd position on Estonian topflight league and their next game comes on Saturday 11th July 2020 against Flora Tallinn.

In Tanzania, Right back Nicolas Wadada played the entire game as Azam picked a 1-0 win against Mwandui.

And midfielder Boban Zirintusa played 90 minutes for his Club Mtibwa Sugar as they were suffering a 1-0 loss away to Mbao FC .
