Uche Ikpeazu Mubiru feels sad not taking part in Uganda Cranes double header against S.Sudan.

Uche Ikpeazu Mubiru, born to Uganda mother and Nigerian father won’t feature in Uganda Cranes double tie with Bright Stars of South Sudan in the forthcoming 2022 African Cup of Nations Qualifiers games due to injury.

The Wycombe Wanderers’ forward picked up an injury on Friday prior Nottingham forest game over the weekend.

Mubiru is feeling very sad for not taking part in Uganda Cranes double header and will be offering his support to the team all away from United kingdom.

“Very sad I won’t be participating in Afcon qualifiers to represent Uganda Cranes due to an injury I picked up! but I will be supporting the lads all way from UK and I am sure they will get the result needed. See you Cranes soon.” Ikpeazu posted on his Facebook page.

He will have to wait for more time to make his debut for Uganda Cranes.

Uganda Cranes will play South Sudan on 12th November 2020 at St Mary’s stadium and reverse fixture on 16th November 2020 at Nyayo National stadium in Kenya.
