Tricky Trees Can Start Climbing the Table

[ad_1]

YOU can’t keep a good man down and we knew it wouldn’t be long before the Caddy was back in the winners enclosure!

Our brilliant golf tipster followed a tried and trusted road to success by selecting Spaniard Jon Rahm for a home victory at the Open de España. At 12/5 Rahm was never going to be the biggest priced winner but The Caddy had enough faith in him to make him his NAP this weekend, which he usually reserves for his matchbet selections.

That’s 11 outright winners for The Caddy plus countless each-way earners this year and just for good measure Si Woo Kim returned some tidy each-way money at 55/1 at the Shriners Children’s Open with a T5 finish.

Keep an eye out for The Caddy’s golf tips for this weekend which will be posted Tuesday / Wednesday.

The Nottingham Forest board have put their faith in Steve Cooper by handing him a new contract until 2025. It’s a commendable move when the club are bottom of the table but it’ll have given the club a boost and reassurance to a squad full of players signed by Cooper.

Tonight they’ve chance to repay that faith with victory over Aston Villa that would see them climb out of the relegation zone.

Villa could do with a win themselves after taking just 8 points from their opening 8 matches under Steven Gerrard. Defeat this evening would add to the pressure on to the Liverpool legend who is 3rd favourite in the Premier League sack race. His side are unbeaten in their last three (W1 D2) but they’re not making much headway in the table.

Forest will be aiming to avoid a sixth straight defeat in the league. Their last two matches at the City Ground have seen them fall to two 2-3 defeats so if they can shore things up at the back then a win or two won’t be too far away.

Aston Villa have picked up just one point from four games on the road and look too short to support at 11/10 so the smart money could be on Forest at 12/5 or on the Draw No Bet market at 6/4.
