Al Ahly’s dream winning three titles in row were washed a way by the defeat in Casablanca.

Wydad last won this competition in 2017 beating the same opponent and before that they had won it in 1992.
Wydad Athletics will represent African continent in this year’s FIFA club World Cup competition.
