The head coach of Kenyan U20 National football team, Stanley Okumbi has revealed his 24 man squad for the forthcoming U20 Cecafa Championship which will kick start on 22nd November – 2 December 2020 in Arusha, Tanzania.
The team has been on intensive training under Okumbi’s watch and they have had two international friendlies with Sudan U20 team and won all of them.
Kenya is pooled in C alongside Ethiopia and Sudan and will kick start their campaign on 23rd November against Ethiopia at Sheikh Amri Abeid.
Tanzania are defending Champions of the tournament which they won last year in Uganda and the winner of this year's edition will earn automatic qualification to the final tournament of Total U20 African Cup of Nations to be hosted by Mauritania next year.
Nine (9) Countries confirmed their participation in the tournament after Rwanda pulling at the last hour.
