Ugandan goalkeeper, James Cleo Ssetuba James has joined newly promoted Tanzania Premier League club, Ihefu FC, this website can reliably confirm.
Ssetuba has been playing for relegated, Biashara Mara United FC.
Biashara together with Mbeya Kwanza were both relegated to second tier League of Tanzania.
The 25 year old goalkeeper has previously played for URA FC, Solitiro Bright Stars, Nyamityobora FC and Wakiso Giants FC.
He becomes the second Ugandan to sign for Ihefu FC after Wadada Wakiro Nicolas in the ongoing transfer window.
