Scott Allot’s Euro Tips: Go Dutch for value

Atletico Madrid v Valladolid

Atletico’s fall from grace could see them miss out on the top four unless they can find some consistency.

Diego Simeone’s side currently occupy the final Champions League spot but have five teams within two points of them and have won just one of their last six La Liga games.

The visit of fourth-bottom Valladolid at least provides the chance to start putting a run together. The visitors have lost four straight league games without netting, and Atletico don’t tend to score barrowloads, so a home win and under 4.5 goals attracts at 7-10 with SBK.

NEC v Emmen

NEC have suffered just three Eredivisie defeats all season and if it wasn’t for their preponderance of draws – 10 in 16 games – they’d be sitting higher than their current placing of ninth.

Two of their three victories have come in their last four matches and they can rack up another against an Emmen side fighting for their lives.

Emmen have lost seven of their eight away trips and NEC can edge this one at 11-10 with Bet365.

Pacos Ferreira v Braga

Braga are snapping at the heels of Portuguese leaders Benfica and looking to make it five consecutive league wins this weekend.

Rock-bottom Pacos finally secured their first victory at the 16th attempt last weekend, edging out Rio Ave 1-0 away, but Braga are a serious step up in class.

Back the visitors at 7-15 with SBK.
