Sports Club Villa have unveiled defender Lukwago Nasser Ssali on two year working contract and will play for the Joogo side untill 2020.

The 25 year old hard tackling defender signed for Masaza Cup oufit Gomba Lion FC in June this year and was set to play for them in this year’s edition of Masaza Cup tournament before the competition was put on hold due the Covid 19 pandemic.
Having signed for the Villa, Lukwago is ineligible to feature for Gomba since the competition rule don’t allow the Masaza cup players to feature in the top two ranked leagues in the country that is UPL and FBL while still contracted with the Masaza cup teams.
Lukwago had previously featured for Buddu in three consecutive Masaza cup editions since 2017. And has as well had stints with Kiyinda boys plus Masaka city.
Lukwago Nasser joins the likes of Meddie Kibirige, Goffrey Oyirwoth Goffin, Andrew Kiwanuka Mohammed Ssenoga, Martin Ssenkooto and Isaac Ogwang of other players who have joined sixteen times league Champions in the ongoing transfer window a head of next season.
Meanwhile Joseph Nsubuga and goalie Said Ken have extended their contracts with the club.
