Uganda Premier League record champions Sports Club Villa have parted ways with greek born coach, Petros Koukouras.
“Sports Club Villa has today amicably parted ways with its Head Coach, Petros Koukouras. Read the statement signed by Villa President Omar Ahmed Mandela.
“Petros leaves with our sincerest appreciation for steering the Club through a very tough season and the Club wishes him well in his next endeavours.”
Jackson Magera who has been his assistant will be in charge of the team temporary.
Petros Koukouras joined Jogoos last season with high expectations to improve the team that was mostly composed of youth players fresh from national under age teams.
But out of the 30 games, he coached in league, managed a 12th position collecting 8 wins, 10 draws and 12 loses
