Algeria national football team player Billel Benhamouda dies in a tragic car accident on his way back home after a friendly game with DR Congo on the evening of Thursday.
“My condolences to the family for death of local national team player, Bilal Benhamouda.” Algeria FA posted.
The 24 year old midfielder took part in the game that Algeria won against DR Congo and secored the second goal from a penalty national team’s preparation for Chan tournament.
Benhamouda died in accident while in company with his friend in dourada regiRe in West of capital city Algiers.
He has been playing for a local club team USM Agiers.
