Offensive Midfielder, Rahmat Ssenfuka Kigongo has penned down an emotional farewell to Vipers SC after two seasons with them which has been marred with injuries.
“With due respect, it’s time to move on after two fantastic seasons with Vipers SC. Great thanks to the management, the fans, fellow teammates, Coaches, the staff & every body who was part of my journey since June 2018. Special thanks to the President of the Club, Doctor Lawrence Mulindwa. I shall always stay part of Vipers in memories & wish the club the best. Each journey has a start & an end.” Ssenfuka wrote on his Facebook account.
Ssenfuka joined Vipers SC in July 2018 from Police FC on four year contract and has been with the club for two complete seasons but due to injuries, he was limited to only 18 appearances for the reigning Champions and scored one goal.
Vipers SC and Ssenfuka, both parties agreed on mutual consent to part ways with his contract left with two years to end.
“Midfielder Rahmat Ssenfuka has left Vipers Sports Club by mutual consent after spending two seasons with us.” Vipers sc confirmed on their website.
In his two seasons, Senfuka won the second edition of Pilsner Super 8 Cup and Uganda Premier League 2019/20 season.
The highly rated Midfielder is likely to Join Wakiso Giants after being cited training with them.
