After failing to land his dream move to KCCA FC because of failing to pass medical, Pius Obuya has renewed his contract with Maroons Football Club by year according to his representatives Tushar Ruparelia.
Striker Ben Ocen who is also represented by Tushar Ruparelia, has as well inked contract extension with Police FC.
“We are delighted to inform you that Ben Ocen and Pius Obuya have renewed their contacts at Police FC and Maroons FC respectively for one year each. All the best ahead of upcoming season.” Tushar Ruparelia a FIFA licensed agent by FUFA posted.
Pius Obuya has been a free agent after seeing off his contract with Maroons FC and was set to join KCCA FC but the deal didn’t get materialised because he failed to pass medical.
His extending his contract at Maroons means a lot to the troubled club as they start to plan for new life in FUFA Big League and their main target should getting back to top flight league, come next season.
Obuya will be looking forward to playing for the Maroons senior team for time after making his debut in 2016 while playing in FUFA big league.
