 Muzamir Mutyaba bids farewell to KCCA FC

On Sunday 6. September, KCCA Football confirmed that they will not be with the midfielder, Muzamir Mutyaba, next season after six years of serving the Club.

Muzamir Mutyaba has used his Facebook page to bid farewell to KCCA FC and is now ready to follow the club as a fan.

Mutyaba joined KCCA FC in 2015 from Victoria University Sports Club (defunct) and during that spell until the time of his departure, the midfielder maestro as fondly called, won three league titles, two Uganda cups, and one regional title (cecafa cup).

“After six years, I say goodbye to the beautiful club. Ever since I donned  the KCCA FC jersey felt home.” Mutyaba Muzamir wrote on his Facebook page.

“The club has played a huge development in me as a player and human being. Thank you to everyone at the club.” He added.

“To the special memories we share it’s time to say goodbye to the club, media, coaching and non-coaching staff, fans, and well-wishers you will still hold a place in my heart.”

“It’s time to follow the team as a fan may be in the future will meet again.” He concluded.

Muzamir Mutyaba’s next destination is not yet known but according to reports in media, Kenya’s AFC Leopards have been closely monitoring him, even before the end of last season.

The 2017 MVP, Muzamir Mutyaba has previously featured for Maroons FC and Victoria University SC.
