Murushid Juuko reveals why he joined Express FC.

Uganda Cranes hard tackling center back, Murushid Juuko penned a one year contract with the Express Football Club after being released by Moroccan giants, Wydad Athletic Club.

Juuko played for Bunamwaya FC (Vipers) and contributed  a big part when they won their first Uganda Premier League title in 2009/10.

He has as well featured for Entebbe young, Victoria University (defunct) and Simba SC (Tanzania).

Juuko asserts that the level of organization at Express FC which  lured him to join the six times Uganda Premier League Champions.

“It’s no secret that the level of organization at the club is top class, as players we always want such environments to succeed and i couldn’t have made a better decision at the right time” Murushid told club website

Juuko as well hinted on playing under coach Bossa is a great step in his career.

“Working with Coach Bossa is a great step in my career, i appreciate that he understands every player’s situation which is key in building our confidence.” He added.

Juuko is a 16th signing for red eagles in the ongoing transfer window, as they prepare for up coming Uganda Premier League season 2020/21 which starts on 20th November 2020.

He will don his traditional jersey number 4.
