Experienced defender Murushid Juuko has extended his stay with Express Football Club by one year.
“Murushid Juuko will remain a Red Eagle next season after the experienced center back signed on the dotted line for another year.” Express FC confirms via website.
Juuko joined the Wankulukuku based outfit last season as a free agent on one year contract and guided the club to their 7th league title.
The hard tackling centerback is excited about extending his contact and believes the good work environment around the club .Propelled him to sign another year.
“It’s great feeling to stay at the great club, this was bound to happen because of the environment we at the club, Every one from the chairman [Kiryowa Kiwanuka] down to the groundsman work as a team. The preparation too is up there, so I am 100% sure I am at the right team. Said Murushid Juuko.
This a good addition to the Wasswa Bossa’s coached side which is preparing for the continental and regional competitions, Express FC is going to represent Uganda in the forthcoming CECAFA Club Championship which kick start next month in Tanzania.
Juuko believes they have prepared well.
“As a team I believe we have prepared well, the boys are past celebrating the league win and focus now is on the Kagame, I am positive we shall do well. ” He added.
