Moses Magogo to address the SC Villa faithfuls on problems ruining the club.

The FUFA President, Eng: Moses Magogo who is also a staunch Sports Club Villa fan and a registered Villa Member has confirmed he will be addressing the the blue Nation faithfuls  tomorrow on Sunday, 3rd October on matters partaining the club currently.

Moses Magogo will be live on the Fufa owned radio station FUFA FM 102.1, starting at 11:00 a.m up to 12:00 pm.

SC Villa is under the governance of the interim committee headed their former player in William Nkemba since 2018 and their term was supposed to end on 28th August 2021 after holding elections which was supposed to usher in Executive  but this did come to happen after a known Nambalirwa Brenda Kawuma seeked  a court injunction to hold on the elections a day before taking place.

From there and then, Villa Congress which is a supreme body governing the club held a meeting on 6th September to dig the way forward and aggreed that fresh elections should be held on 23rd of October 2021.

But this did not go well with the board of Trustees who thought they needed more time to organize elections.

With a press being held today 2nd October in this morning at City tyres offices in Kampala, The Trustee members( Macduson Kabega, Gerlad Ssendawula, Fred Kawuma, Franco Mugabe  and William Nkemba) have asked federation more time to put their house [SC Villa ] in order and named Brenda Nambalirwa Kawuma as new Club Chief Executive Officer replacing sacked Shawn Mubiru.

And FUFA  against this and  if they fail to organize elections by 23rd of this month, they risk missing  out their license of featuring in this FUFA recognized competitions .
