Uganda cranes attacking midfielder, Farouk Miya has urged the new players on the team to believe in themselves since they have the potential to excel.
Miya was speaking this at the just concluded training camp in Dubai where the team has been on a training camp for close to a week that ended on Monday.
While there the players managed to bond and learn more about each other in preparation for the 2021 AFCON qualifiers. Miya emphasized to the freshmen that it’s a matter of hard work and believing in themselves that would enable them achieve alongside their potential to excel.
Besides Dennis Onyango whose club denied him clearance to attend the camp, Derrick Nsibambi who earlier had been summoned to attend the camp did not attend due to personal reasons.
The cranes returned safely from their Dubai camp 2 days ago aboard the Dubai Airlines.
