Eastern Region Club, Mbale Heroes Football Club have beefed up their technical bench with addition of renowned Coach Makumba Richard in quest to earn promotion to Fufa big league.
“We have beefed up our technical bench with addition of Coach Richard Makumbi in preparation for our game tomorrow, coach Makumbi guided us to Fufa big league league play off in 2020.”
Makumbi joins the technical team that is having Simon Dungu as head coach and Kilambale Yasin as assistant coach.
Makumbi is mostly known for helping clubs to get promoted to top flight league and has guided several clubs such as Bunamwaya FC (Vipers SC), Bul FC, Igaga FC, Mbarara City FC, Fire Masters and Western Stima in Kenya.
Mable Heroes have already arrived in Iganga were the Eastern Region promotional play off to Fufa big league will take place tomorrow on 3rd June 2022.
Mbale Heroes play North Jinja United Football and the winner winner play in next season’s FUFA big league.
The final will be hosted at Iganga Saza ground and the game will be televised live on FUFA TV at 3:00 pm.
