The 1957 founded club with track record of six league trophies continues to seek for a comeback to compete in the league .This follow numerous internal challenges with team management and outsourcing of revenue to support clubs resumption to winning expectations.
Now as Express football club has embarked on capacity building with tremendous transfers. These include signing of former Casablanca player Maurice Jjuko amid the ongoing transfers in preparation of forthcoming campaign in Uganda Premier League.
Maurice Jjuko was not only wanted by Express Fc but also Vipers Fc first expressed interst, however, his unreliability with hopes of getting foreign club couldn’t allow them to take a decision basing on club demands to have long contract than one year.
According to Isaac Mwesigwa Chief Executive Officer to Express Fc was at the forefront of signing Maurice Jjuko and thus,believes with his experience will play a big role at the club.
