Uganda Crested Cranes Head coach George Lutalo has revealed a 26 woman squad on Tuesday, 21st June for the forthcoming women African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The squad is composed of three(3) goalkeepers, seven(7) defenders, seven (7)midfielders and nine(9) forwards.
Uganda Crested Cranes is placed in group A alongside hosts Morocco, Burkinafaso and Senegal.
According to Fufa the team will depart on Wednesday morning at 4:00 and they will have a10 day camp in Marrakesh.
For the first time the tournament will be compromise of 12 teams unlike the previous 8.
The tournament with kick start on 2nd July – 23rd July 2022 and will be hosted in two cities namely; Casablanca and Rabat.
