Uganda Premier League reigning Champions, Express FC have signed goal keeper Joel Mutakubwa on a two year contract.
Mutakubwa has been a free agent after the expiry of his contact he had with relegated Kyetume FC .
He is expected to fill the gap left by Mathias Muwanga whose contract wasn’t renewed and has been the first choice goalkeeper for the red Eagles for the past two seasons.
He is expected to get stiff competition from Denis Otim and Crispus Kusiima.
