Uganda kobs are in a must win against archi rivals Tanzania in order to automatically guarantee themselves in the semi final stage of the ongoing CECAFA U23 tournament in Bahir Dar, Ethiopia.
Uganda drew with DRC in their opening game in group A , while Tanzania managed to defeat them (1-0) to go top of group with 3 points and any kind of draw will spur them into the semi finals.
The group winners from A,B,C will direct qualify into the semi finals and be joined by a second based team.
Kenya and Burundi are already into the semi finals after topping their groups, C an B respectively and face each other on 27th July.
Uganda, can as well qualify to semi finals in case they draw with Tanzania in 5-5 score or more.
Another fixture which will be played today as the group Stages climaxes, Djbouti will face South Sudan in an early kickoff game.
