Uganda’s ambassadors in 59th edition of Total Energies CAF Champions league, Vipers SC were drawn against Central African Republic league champions, Olympic Real de Bangui in the Preliminarily round.
The draws for this year’s continental competition were held yesterday, 09th August 2022 in Cairo Egypt.
Vipers SC will play the first leg away to Central African Republic between dates of 9-11 September and return leg on 16-18 September.
The winner on aggregate will play the five times champions, T.P Mazembe of Congo on the final playoff to the group stages.
Vipers SC have tried several times to reach the group stages of CAF champions league but have failed, the same with Real de Bangui, they have never played in the groups of competition.
