Uganda Cup reigning champions, BUL Football Club have confirmed striker, Frank Kalanda as their first signing ahead of a tough anticipated next season.
Kalanda has signed a two year contract with BUL FC and will run until 2024.

Kalanda was playing for relegated Police FC last season.
He has previously featured for URA FC, Express FC and AS Kigali of Rwanda.
BUL FC are preparing for their first journey in continent football as they are set to represent Uganda in the second ranked CAF club competition, Confederation Cup having won the Uganda Cup of last season denying Vipers a double in the final that was played in Masindi.
