Uganda Premier League club, BUL Football Club have released veteran defender Musa Walangalira after three good season playing for Jinja based outfit.
Walangalira who was born in Budondo, the outskirts of Jinja town joined BUL FC in 2018 from Jinja Municipal Council.
At the age of 40 years, he is one of the very old players plying their trade in Uganda Premier League.
Walangalira started playing top flight football when he was signed by veteran coach Sam Timbe at Police FC crosicro from MUBS University were he was pursuing a Diploma in Local Government management.
He then moved to Igaga Municipal Council under coach Kefa Kisala before crossing to Jinja Municipal Council were he spent most of his playing career.
And in 2018, he joined BUL FC untill his contract expired last season.
In 2016, Musa Walangalira was named Azam Premier League best defender.
