Uganda girls U17 football National team Head coach has tested positive for the Covid-19 and has gone into self isolation according Statement from FUFA.
“I have on Thursday 8th October 2020 tested positive for Covid -19.” FUFA website quotes Ayub Kalifah.
“I am now in self-isolation from the camp for a period as guided by the health officials for better medication and recovery.”
“While I am away, I will help conduct some sessions with my technical team for the players online as we continue with preparations for the FIFA U17 World cup Qualifier with Cameroon.”
Uganda’s U17 women national team entered into residential camp on 5th Monday October at Paradise Hotel ahead of the FIFA U17 world final Cup qualifier final round against Cameroon.
Now Hadijah Namuyanja will be in charge of the team for mean time.
