Two consultancy firms (Infrastructure Cost and Management Consultancy Limited as well as Habitant Consultants Limited) were offered agreements to attempt the practicality reads for Buhinga and Akii Bua stadia separately.
This was then trailed by the giving over the separate undertakings to the two firms.

Buhinga arena possibility study will cost Shs 560,000,000 and the Akibua arena will cost Shs. 424, 800,000.
The consultancy firms are required to start their work at the earliest opportunity to have the option to give the aftereffects of their investigations with the goal that they can be introduced to the Individuals’ Republic of China who offered an award to take a shot at these two offices.
